“The forwarded email didn’t match any of your missionaries”

The original sender’s email doesn’t match the missionary email in Pday. Open the app, go to your missionary’s profile, and make sure their email address is correct.

“We don’t recognize your email address”

You’re sending from an email that isn’t linked to a Pday account. Make sure you’re forwarding from the same email you used to sign up for Pday.

“You don’t admin any missionaries”

Your Pday account doesn’t have admin access to any missionaries. Set up a missionary in the Pday app first, or ask someone to invite you as an admin.

I didn’t get a confirmation reply

Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, the email may still be processing — check the Pday app to see if it arrived. If not, try forwarding again or contact support.
